Secure hosted checkout

When you check out, you choose Stripe or Square. You are taken to that provider’s secure, HTTPS payment page to enter your card or wallet details. Vellora Brands LLC never receives or stores your full card number or security code.

Both providers are PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. The payment methods offered on the checkout page, such as major credit and debit cards or digital wallets, are those enabled for our account.

Currency & final charges

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Before you confirm payment, the checkout page shows each item, quantity, the shipping charge, any applicable taxes, and the complete total. Prices are verified on our server, so the amount charged always matches the published price.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout. You receive a receipt by email from the payment provider. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we contact you and refund the amount paid as described in our Returns & refunds and Cancellations policies.

There are no subscriptions, memberships, or recurring charges.

Returns, refunds & help

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Review Shipping, Returns & refunds, Cancellations, Privacy, and Terms before placing an order; they are linked from every product page and the checkout.
